During my recent business trip to Nha Trang, my director chose Melia Vinpearl Nha Trang Empire as our hotel and I must say, it was a delightful choice. The first thing that stood out was the exceptional spa experience at VinCharm. I treated myself to a rejuvenating massage that left me feeling relaxed and refreshed. the infinity pool at Vinpearl Condotel Empire Nha Trang was absolutely stunning. The view from the pool was mesmerizing, making it the perfect spot to unwind after a long day of meetings and work.

Some staff’s English isn’t that great.

We stayed at Melia for a family vacation in a beautiful apartment with connecting bedrooms. The staff were friendly and attentive, meeting all our needs. The pool on the sixth floor was lovely, with perfect water temperature. Loan from the kids club was kind and helpful, and Vi at reception was always smiling and ready to assist us. The location was great, within walking distance of tourist areas, and our two bedroom apartment had amazing sea views and comfortable beds. Perfect for a family with 2 children.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location is perfect - walking distance to all the main tourist spots and with stunning views. The staff were very professional and friendly, they went out of their way to help us with anything we needed. Our room was spacious, clean and the bathroom was impeccable. The breakfast was outstanding with a fantastic selection including made-to-order stations. The pool area was amazing with the perfect temperature and the spa offered great treatments. The only downside was the lack of necessary utensils in the kitchen for the two-bedroom suite.

I chose this hotel for attending a colloquium and was pleased to find that it provided a business center, which was essential for my work. Additionally, the free kid's club was a great amenity for families staying at the hotel.

The only service that I missed for my work was a dedicated meeting room or conference facility. It would have been convenient to have a designated space to hold meetings and presentations during my stay.

The rooms at Melia Vinpearl Nha Trang Empire are absolutely amazing! They have a separate living room with a comfy sofa, and some even come with a kitchenette. The 1221 rooms are so cozy and luxurious, with 24-hour room service, premium bedding, and separate sitting areas. I felt right at home and had the best sleep ever!

Personally, I found the floor-to-ceiling windows in all the air-conditioned units a bit intimidating. But hey, that's just me.

We had a good stay during Thanksgiving. The room was spacious and had all the necessary facilities. The hotel had a great location, close to a variety of restaurants and shops. We also enjoyed the free Wi-Fi throughout our stay.

The communication with the hotel was a bit difficult, as there were misunderstandings regarding the payment process. , some of the staff members didn't speak English fluently, which made it hard to communicate.

The hotel is truly 5 stars with efficient services, superb and clean rooms, and highly professional staff. The pool and views from the 36th floor are amazing. The 2 bedroom apartment is spacious and well-fitted. The staff are attentive and polite. Great location near the beach and attractions.
